The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet and clean. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Overall ambiance of lounge and bistro very welcoming.

We had an issue with the toilet in our room and the woman who helped us was exceptional. She was kind, informative, and very apologetic. She made an annoyance as easy to deal with as possible. The room was fantastic and very comfortable!
